BingeMarkDelete Your Account & Data
This page explains how to delete your BingeMark account and all associated data. It applies to the BingeMark mobile app.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app (instant)
- Open BingeMark and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us and we'll delete your account for you:
- Email: bingemarkapp@gmail.com
- Subject: Delete my BingeMark account
- Include: the email address you used to sign in with Google.
We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, and profile photo from Google Sign-In).
- Your entire library — wishlist, watched titles, Hall of Fame, and episode progress.
- Your stats, levels, badges, and streaks.
- Any feedback tied to your account.
This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Backups, if any, are cycled out within 30 days. We do not retain any of your personal data after deletion, except where required by law.
